Fully automatic depalletizer

Our fully automatic depalletizer contributes to an extremely high degree of automation in the depalletizing process. Pallets are automatically supplied to the system and automatically destacked.

Fully automated solution

The layered sheets between the products are automatically removed and disposed. Both the supply of the full pallets and the removal of the empty pallets is fully automated. The depalletizer is controlled by the sensors of the pallet conveyor.

Semi-automatic depalletizer

Depending on your desired level of automation you can choose a semi-automatic or a fully automatic depalletizer. The semi-automatic depalletizer automatically destacks a manually supplied pallet.

The full pallets are placed manually. The machine then automatically depalletizes the pallets by an efficient shear mechanism. The removal of layered sheets can also be automated with this solution.

Robot depalletizer
